Refund Policy

At Tayah's Beauty Trap, we have a 4-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 4 days of receiving your item. 

Refunds or exchanges are gladly provided if:

  • The lace or weft is not cut.

  • The lace is not tinted.

  • The hair is not cut, colored, or chemically processed.

  • The hair has not been worn.

We will also accept returns for any unopened and unused products or accessories. 

For a successful return, ensure the unit is sent back in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return please contact us via email or text within 4 days of receiving your products. Refunds are processed after the returned hair is inspected. Once approved, the refund is granted. If the unit doesn't pass inspection, a refund will not be approved, and it will be sent back to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that no exchanges are permitted. All orders are subject to our 4 day return policy, excluding refurbished units or final sale products.
