PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 10 business days after the order is placed. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods,  processing times may be extended to up to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer priority shipping via USPS to cater to your needs. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.

PICK-UP OPTION

We also offer a convenient pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. If you select the pick-up option during the checkout process, we will notify you via email when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure that you bring a valid form of identification and the order confirmation when picking up your items.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENT

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances or shipping carrier issues may occasionally cause delays or result in lost packages. If you experience any problems with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are an average flat rate based on USPS priority shipping.  The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
